The RIP Trainer, Fitness Anywhere's newest creation, has changed resistance band training as well. The power and core strength the RIP Trainer gives you is outstanding. We train basketball, volleyball and soccer players. It has improved all of their games. The RIP Trainer is an exciting and elegant new exercise tool sure to be around for a long time.
It also compliments all Pilates training. Using the RIP Trainer, you are able to build on your core strength, with obstacles and cardio challenges increasing your fitness level.
