Beehive Fitness offers a 6 and 12 week programs for clients who require a bit more attention and focused training. These semi-private programs offer a limited number of clients only a chance to build muscle, lose fat and inches and reach their goals in a manner where they learn healthy habits and keep the weight off!
12 week program of intense evaluation and assessment of your fitness, nutrition and mind/body connection. Through a series of tests, we will measure it all to get your Combine 360 “number”. Once you have your number, we will work through 12 weeks to improve that number and bring it closer to 360.
6 week intensive to lose unwanted pounds and inches through unconventional & traditional weight and cardio methods. Every week, clients are weighed in and nutrition is discussed and reenforced to ensure results. PHAT Camp is recommended for all conditions: beginner – highly conditioned.
6 week intensive semi-private training designed to get clients out of plateaus and increase athletic ability on every frontier. This is an athlete’s workout, improving stamina, strength, agility, speed and power. Game ready training at its’ finest.
FARM Fitness Camp:
The “Farm” is a term used for training of the CIA. This 6 week intensive is boxing and defense friendly-training. Using the training methods of MMA, Muay Thai, boxing, and KRAV MAGA we will prepare you to use your body for power and force.
