Bryer, Founder/Owner
I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I grew up as a dancer with Treasure Coast Dance Theatre and discovered group fitness at the University of Florida. I then practiced the art of boxing with some of the greatest trainers around-spent some time in the ring and can now give my clients an authentic boxing experience. I am proud to be an educator & master trainer for ISCA, International Sports & Conditioning Association. I believe in the benefits of exercise, now more than ever. Bryan, Co-Founder
Bryan has been doing outdoor sport and adventure for many years. His sport of choice is triathlons and creating the organic experience for all his clients. He has traveled the world, skydived in New Zealand, surfed in Hawaii, bungeed in Australia, wrestled gators in Big Cypress and recently completed the Everglades Challenge, a 300 mile solo-kayak race.
Carly, Trainer/Instructor
Carly’s name of the game is, “Muscle Through It”! She combines high intensity interval training with spinning and weight training for a full body workout. With her triathlon and obstacle race background, she knows how to test your endurance. Each workout is made to challenge you, not to be finished, so book your spot and get ready to push yourself beyond your limits.
Darnelle, Yoga Instructor
I am a Mental Health Counselor and have been working with children for 4 years. I earned my Masters from Nova Southeastern University in Mental Health Counseling, and an undergrad in Psychology from the University of Florida. I started using yoga and meditation when working with my clients and realized the profound benefits. I have been practicing yoga for 11 years and it has had an incredible impact on my life, so merging children with yoga made sense. Yoga brought many gifts to my life, and being able to share the knowledge and understanding yoga provides with young students is a joy.
Denise, Yoga/Stretch Instructor
A lifetime of dance, yoga, sports and a love of all things physical have led me to the Beehive. As a massage therapist, I have seen the healing power of stretching. The ability to stretch your muscles and release the contractions that life and exercise have inflicted on your body, enriches your workout and keeps injury at bay. As a mother of four, grandmother of four, former Doula and teacher, I know how difficult it is to achieve balance in our lives. Using massage techniques to encourage proper alignment and to enhance the stretch will aid in restoring homeostasis. “Increasing our flexiblity will keep us strong: maintaining a sense of humor will keep us sane!”
Eleni, Indoor Cycling
Master dancer and cycle instructor, Eleni brings something special to every profile she creates!
Emma, Trainer/Instructor
Emma’s training session will address all of your cardio needs for the day. She fills her classes with intense cardio and strength components-making sure you leave with your best workout under your belt. Emma has been training for 15 years, from the coast of Australia and Equinox health clubs in New York to the Beehive-you won’t be disappointed matie!
Jennifer, Pilates Instructor
Former dancer and aerobic fitness competitor-Jen now brings her focus and skill to Pilates. She believes in the benefits of Pilates and helps her clients realize their spinal potential all the time.
Jules, Trainer/Instructor
Personal trainer and fitness instructor, enjoys coaching clients & seeing people get great results. She is a believer in nutrition, esp Juice Plus and loves Stand Up Paddeboard!
Justin, Trainer/Instructor
I have been a runner all my life. From a Division I track athlete at Ohio University to competing at the National level in Junior Olympics in the 110 and 400 hurdles. I have also been a part of Six Star Pro Nutrition and appeared on the national stage as a NPC Men’s Physique competitor and placer. I am now testing my limits by competing in triathlons. I have my master’s degree in Exercise Science from Ashland University and hold my NSCA-CSCS certification. I am a contributor to Men’s Fitness Magazine and I have worked with athletes from youth development to professional and elite athletes in areas of strength & conditioning and speed & agility. “You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself.”
Lindsay, Trainer/Instructor
Former dancer and fitness instructor, Lindsay is passionate about bringing the best to her clients. Her love of fitness and the people she coaches, makes her class experience fresh!
Mike, Trainer/Instructor
Get your sweat on with FAU’s Associate Head Basketball Coach Jarvis. Mike’s Hammer class is a full on intense- full body “game changer”. An avid runner, triathlete and tested leader, Coach will help you realize winning results!
Rob, Trainer/Instructor
From the shores of Britain to Boca Raton, Rob Levy known as “Sir Bobby”, brings a wealth of fitness talent. Certified in Group, Personal and Boxing Training, he is also an accomplished runner within a 1.35 half marathon and a sub 19 minute 5K.
Stacey, Trainer/Instructor
I believe movement creates positive change mentally, spiritually, and physically. Our bodies are created to move. I have been blessed to lead and educate people in the fitness industry for 10 years, specializing in cycling and weight training. And, I will be honored to continue to lead for many years to come!
